概要

The Cypress CY14X256PA combines a 256-Kbit nvSRAM with a full-featured RTC in a monolithic integrated circuit with serial SPI interface. メモリは各 8 ビットの単語 32K として構成されています。組み込み不揮発性エレメントには、QuantumTrap テクノロジが組み込まれており、世界でも最高レベルの信頼性を誇る不揮発性メモリを作り上げます。回数に制限のない読み取りと書き込みをSRAMで可能にする一方、高い信頼性を提供する不揮発性データ記憶域をQuantumTrapセルで実現しています。SRAMから不揮発性要素へのデータ転送(STORE処理)は、電源オフ時に自動的に実行されます。On power-up, data is restored to the SRAM from the nonvolatile memory (RECALL operation). You can also initiate the STORE and RECALL operations through SPI instruction.
